Shipping Within Australia

All items will be sent using Registered post or Express post using Australia Post.
Insurance (Extra Cover) by request.

Registered Post requires a signature on receipt. If nobody is at home to sign for the parcel, a parcel-pick-up card will be left at your door or in your letterbox and the item will need to be collected from your local Post Office.

Regular Mail from us reaches destinations within NSW under normal circumstances within one work day. Regional areas could take an extra day to deliver. WA or NT can take up to 5 business days. Express mail nowadays reaches most destinations within Australia within 1 or 2 work days.

Mail from us to Sydney CBD normally is delivered within 24 hours, if posted before 10am, unless flooding or broken down trucks or bushfires........ cause delays.
Payment clears by 9am the following business day in our bank account, if deposited before 4pm or nearly instantly via paypal.

Not every parcel via Australia Post offers internet tracking. Please note that while Australia Post provides a reliable national service, delivery delays can occur for a variety of reasons. If you are experiencing a longer than usual delay, please first enquire about your missing package at your local post office with the dispatch ID number of the parcel.

Australia Post can investigate missing orders with that ID number 10 business days after dispatch nationwide, 3 weeks after expected delivery date for international airmail, 3 months after expected delivery date for international sea mail, as per Australia Post guidelines. If your package has not arrived after this time, please send an email to us or phone us, if we can assist in any way.

International Shipping

Normal Airmail by Australia Post recommended: Delivery times vary from 10 to 14 work days worldwide depending on location.

Delays can occur since introduction of security measures using x-ray for every parcel.
Sea freight can take 6 to 9 weeks.
International Express Mail Service (EMS) supposed to reach destination within 3-4 days.
Other options as well as Extra Cover (Insurance) by request.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information or check out their webpage. If your address is considered by the carrier to be in a rural zone, please allow an additional day or two for delivery.

Item sizes or weights:

Jewellery items: Most items are under 250g

1 Drinking Horn up to 500ml : is normally not heavier than 500g, but incurs a volume charge for the size. If possible, we fit the carton into an express Satchel.

1 Torch: 1kg

1 Torch & Regulator Number 2: 2,5 kg

Packaging

We are using recycled bubble wrap and cartons for posting items. We use predominantly cardboard jewellery boxes, only for some rings as protection during shipment a plastic ring box.
